Poulton le Fylde Golf Club is proud to announce a fantastic upcoming event that promises fun for all ages while supporting an incredible local cause. Our Family Charity Golf Day will take place on Sunday 24th May, running from 1pm until late, and we warmly invite members, families, and the wider community to join us.
This special event has been designed to bring together golfers of all abilities, with a strong focus on family participation. Tee times will be available from 2pm, and we are offering exceptional value with a fourball entry priced at just £40. To encourage junior involvement and help grow the game, each team must include at least one junior golfer—making it the perfect opportunity to introduce younger players to the sport in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
Beyond the golf, the day will feature a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the club. Guests can enjoy live music across the afternoon and into the evening, creating a vibrant backdrop for both players and spectators. There will also be bouncy castles and entertainment for children, ensuring that families can make a full day of the occasion.
We are also delighted to welcome Greeki Tiki as our food vendor for the day, serving a selection of delicious dishes to keep everyone refreshed and well-fuelled.
Most importantly, this event is all in aid of Home-Start Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre, a local charity supporting families with young children across our community.
Many families on the Fylde Coast are facing real challenges, from isolation to financial pressure and Home-Start is there to help, offering free, compassionate support when it’s needed most. Last year alone, they supported over 160 families, helping parents build confidence and giving children the best possible start in life.
