Captain’s Day 2026 at Poulton le Fylde Golf Club – A Day of Golf, Entertainment and Fundraising
Poulton le Fylde Golf Club is delighted to invite members, family and friends to join us for Captain’s Day 2026 on Saturday 27th June from 2pm.
As one of the most anticipated events in the Poulton le Fylde Golf Club calendar, Captain’s Day is a fantastic opportunity for our golfing community to come together and celebrate our Club Captain for 2026, Mr Mark Fenton, while enjoying an afternoon packed with entertainment, golf and fundraising.
The day will begin alongside our regular Saturday golf competition, creating a vibrant atmosphere around the course and clubhouse. Whether you’re taking part in the golf or simply joining us for the celebrations, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Entertainment throughout the afternoon will be provided by our resident host Mr Ant Olive, alongside performances from our very own Tia and solo artists Lee Baines and Tracy. Their live music will ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests alike.
Captain’s Day also provides an important opportunity to raise money for our Captain’s chosen charity, Blue Skies Special Care Baby Unit. Throughout the day there will be a range of fundraising activities, including putting competitions, raffles and charity auctions, giving everyone the chance to support this incredible cause.
As a family-friendly golf club, we are pleased to offer a bouncy castle to keep younger visitors entertained while parents and grandparents enjoy the festivities. And, whatever the Lancashire weather brings, our popular BBQ will be fired up come rain or shine, serving delicious food throughout the afternoon.
Captain’s Day is always one of the highlights of the year at Poulton le Fylde Golf Club, bringing together members, families, friends and visitors for a memorable day of golf, community spirit and fundraising.
